Acquire one or multiple real estate properties across Turkey. The investment must be maintained for a minimum of 3 years.

Procedures & Timeline

Step 1: Selection & Property Appraisal
Avion Citizenship audits your profile and completes properties sorting. Official CMB-approved valuation and evaluation reports are issued.
Step 2: Certificate of Eligibility
The property transaction or capital transfer occurs. Title deed registration takes place alongside applying for the official Certificate of Conformity.
Step 3: Investor Residence Permit Stage
A specialized fast-track investor residence permit application is filed and approved without physical presence rules.
Step 4: Final Citizenship Application & Issuance
The application moves to the Ministry of Interior. Naturalization approvals are cleared, and biometrics are processed at the embassy or inside Turkey.
