Procedures & Timeline

Step 1: Evaluation & Investment Selection

Step 2: Documentation Submission
We compile title deeds, corporate registries, or bank clearances and submit the nomination portal to the Federal Authority for Identity (ICP) or GDRFA.
Step 3: Medical Screening & Visa Issuance
Once initial approval is granted, applicants complete local VIP medical fitness screenings and biometric capture within the UAE (typically 1-2 weeks).
Step 4: Golden Visa Stamping & Emirates ID
